Sr. Team Leader Human Resources
Support store team members and consult STLs/HRBPs on various HR aspects (i.e. staffing, talent, compensation, hourly team member training, etc.) with input, guidance, and support from peers or leader. Set up and maintain schedule development routines that involve all store leaders, meet fluctuating business requirement, and take into account team member's unique situations. Ensure store remains fully staffed in all critical areas with the right talent by assessing and selecting top talent and implementing solutions for critical staffing needs; train store leaders to select quality team member candidates Be financially accountable - balancing staffing with headcount and payroll guidelines, make payroll and minimize overtime in the store.
