Office Manager/Client Service Coordinator-Edina, MN
We are looking for a resourceful candidate to run the company's small office from an administrative standpoint, as well as meeting and greeting clients when they arrive for meetings. This role will encompass a TON of variety in that you will be handling and responsible for a tremendous amount of highly detailed, sensitive and confidential information as well as client interaction. NO SALES involved!
Our client offers a competitive compensation rate and great work schedule. This is a full-time M-F, standard business hours. Their office is a small office but part of a much larger umbrella of an International organization.
Qualifications: Must be professional in appearance and with communication skills. Must have a minimum of 1 years of administrative experience in a fast-paced, often changing environment. Must have ability to do 10 things at once and love it! Must be up for a challenge. Note, for the right person this role will evolve into promotions, raises etc...They are well-known for developing their employees into great careers.
Must pass a 10 year background check and an FBI FIngerprint process.
