KleinBank has an immediate opening for a FT Helpline Procedural Specialist. The primary function is to provide support to all branch offices, and the Solutions Center, providing a consistent delivery of information across all branches.   This individual will be required to obtain an in-depth knowledge of KleinBank’s operations, policies, procedures, and system navigation. This position will staff the telephone help line which will answer questions regarding products, procedures, forms, records and provide operational assistance to assist the branches in their delivery of enhanced customer service. 

Qualified candidate will have 2-5 years of Branch, Branch Support or Help Desk experience, and Associate degree or 2-5 years of banking experience in operations or similar related field. This individual will have excellent customer service skills, and a high degree of problem solving skills. Proficient computer skills, office processes, and MS office applications required. Fiserve Platform applications experience desired. The hours for this position are M-F 8:30am-5:30pm.  Expected working hours include one Saturday per month from 8:00am-1:00pm.
