HRIS Reporting Specialist

Doherty Top Talent is partnering with a globally established IP and business litigation firm in search of an HRIS Reporting Specialist. This position is direct-hire and offers competitive salary and benefits. Located in Downtown Minneapolis, this client has a fast-paced HR team focused on development and collaboration.


· Maintain personnel and business data integrity

· Provide metrics-based reporting

· Analyze and document business requirements

· Ensure the accurate storage of employment and benefits records

· Act as a first point of contact for benefits inquiries

· Consult with employees on eligibility and enrollment

· Monitor and complete all employee status changes, ensuring all relevant data is entered into the HRIS and audited for accuracy within appropriate payroll deadlines

· Identify opportunities to improve benefit-related processes, communication strategies, and overall client service


· Minimum 3-5 years HRIS experience, with working knowledge of benefit practices and regulations

· Experience with UltiPro HRIS strongly preferred

· Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a closely-related field

· Excellent attention to detail, data entry, technical, and problem solving skills

· Strong interpersonal, relationship building, and communication skills

· Passionate about change and improving current processes

· Ability to self-motivate, prioritize, and manage time effectively

· Comfortable working in a collaborative, dynamic, and open office environment
