This position is direct-hire and offers competitive salary and benefits.
· Monitor and complete all employee status changes, ensuring all relevant data is entered into the HRIS and audited for accuracy within appropriate payroll deadlines · Strengthen the firm's HRIS function by maintaining personnel and business data integrity, providing metrics-based reporting, analyzing and documenting business requirements, and ensuring the accurate storage of employment and benefits records · Focus on identifying opportunities to improve benefit-related processes, communication strategies, and overall client service · Acting as a first point of contact for benefits inquiries, consult with employees on eligibility and enrollment Requirements:
· Minimum 1-2 years HRIS experience · Experience with UltiPro HRIS preferred · Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a closely-related field · Excellent attention to detail, data entry, technical, and problem solving skills · Passionate about change and improving current processes · Comfortable working in a collaborative, dynamic, and open office environment
