Humera is looking for a Customer Service - Inside Sales Account Manager to join our team, based in St. Paul, MN.
Reporting to the Customer Fulfillment Supervisor. This position is a tactical partner to the business, providing hands on customer contact to drive short and long term goals.
The Customer Service - Inside Sales Account Manager position provides technical and sales support to all our clients customers, channel partners and staff.
As a self-directed team member the Account Manager partners with the Regional Sales Managers (RSMs) to sustain and grow future business for our clients.
Duties:
Sales and Service
  • One stop service for all inquiries
  • Enhance business relationships
  • Respond to requests from channel partners regarding pricing, availability, shipping, ordering, quality issues and application proposals
  • Contract review and order processing
  • Primary contact for all leads generated by advertisements, trade-shows, and direct mailings
Technical Assistance
  • Provide high level technical assistance to customers and channel partners
  • Continuous new product education
Other
  • Actively participate in internal teams dedicated to process improvement
  • Complete various reports for month end
  • Consults with other departments in area of expertise to identify opportunities for improvements in process, service or communications
  • Assist with answering 1-800 and Main line phone calls

Required Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum High School diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Minimum of three (3) or more years of direct experience working in a customer service position
  • Experience using the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Preferred Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree
  • Experience with Oracle ERP
  • Superb consulting and critical thinking skills
  • Business acumen and solid understanding of company strategy, business and competitive positioning.
