Inginaire is seeking to fill a Direct Hire Quality Associate for our client in Ramsey, MN.
This position will provide guidance and counsel to the company’s divisions on policies, procedures and quality.
Duties:
  • Field routine inquiries from all locations with regard to quality management system, and regulatory and company procedures.
  • Represent quality/regulatory area for select Customer Initiatives requiring ongoing attention from quality/regulatory perspective.
  • Develop process validation and control procedures to minimize in-process inspection requirements after first article.
  • Develop process validation and control procedures for outside processes to minimize incoming inspection requirements.
  • Maintain quality metrics that are consistent with other Multisource location KPI metrics.
  • Determine, monitor and optimize process for intercompany work.
  • Validate/audit supplier part and data quality to determine overall performance, Goal is to improve supplier performance to the point where suppliers can become certified, reducing MultiSource staff time spent on incoming inspection of parts and data.
  • Manage the DCO process within the document control system, including tracking management approvals of new releases and/or changes.
  • Assist with implementation of Statistical Process Control in key areas to minimize part-level requirements by determining the control of specific processes.
  • Participate in customer and third party audits, as needed.
  • Conform to the company quality system procedures as documented.

Requirements:
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:
4 year degree preferred, but not required.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:
Computer experience and knowledge using Microsoft programs.
Good understanding of JobBOSS software system.
AS9100, ISO9001, and ISO13485 audit experience with achieving and maintaining certification.
Significant experience with statistical process control methods, monitoring and control, data and defect analysis, variance reduction, and capability analysis.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
5 years minimum.

SKILLS ABILITIES:
Independent with organizational skills to work with diverse operations with differing needs and challenges.
Communication skills to present the company’s position to different management groups.
Ability to learn software essential to perform duties.
