Administrative Assistant Days
Doherty Staffing Solutions is currently interviewing for an Administrative Assistant to work at our client company located in Crosslake, MN.
The Administrative Assistant hours are day shift Tuesday-Saturday from 8:30am-4:30pm. During the slower season, November through April, Saturday hours will be modified to 8am to 12:00pm. The pay is $13.50 per hour.
This is a trial-for-hire opportunity. Successful complete the evaluation period and be hired by our client.ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES --Answer multiple phones lines and obtain caller information to share with team members --Schedule appointments and showings with team members --Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner --Provide refreshments as desired --Keep lobby and kitchen area tidy, restock items, operate dishwasher, and other light cleaning duties --Transcribe telephone messages and direct to appropriate team member
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS
--Skilled with Word and Excel--Excellent customer service skills --Work independently as well as with a team --Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in real estate is a plus but not required.
