Senior Administrative Assistant | CreativeAbout This OpportunityProvides administrative support to a Vice President and Sr. Director in Creative and Marketing Operations and their teams. This role will focus on the operations and administrative needs of the team ensuring the department runs as smoothly as possible while also handling a variety of special projects. Maintains a high degree of confidentiality and independence and must thrives in a dynamic, creative and challenging environment. Responsibilities
  • Calendar, email and voicemail management while proactively anticipating challenges and conflicting priorities
  • Responsible for making domestic and international travel arrangement including trip logistics and itinerary and meeting coordination
  • Create/edit presentations and correspondence for review with minimal instruction
  • General office support to team including supplies, printer and technology troubleshooting
  • Management of team space needs, updating and maintaining floor map, seat assignments, name plates and floor moves etc.
  • Maintain department conference rooms including physical space, supplies and permissions
  • Help on-board new team members, including space, equipment and access, and all other necessary functionality requirements when needed
  • Team player and strong partner to the other Creative admins
  • Build and maintain strong relationships between Minneapolis and India team members
  • Coordinate and actively support the planning of on-site and off-site events and meetings
  • Work on marketing and creative projects as needed
Requirements

  • High School Diploma/College degree preferred
  • 4 years relevant work experience
  • A meaningful interest in the Creative and Marketing field
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Efficient on a Mac
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work well with all levels of team members throughout Target Corporation
  • Extremely positive outlook and ''can do'' attitude
  • Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong prioritizing, organization, problem solving and decision making skills
  • Flexible with a high degree of initiative
