Events and Marketing Administrative Manager
Professional member organization seeking Event and Marketing Administrative Manager to assist Event and Marketing Managers and Managing Director with global conferences, regional forums, virtual events, Partner Sponsor benefits administration and marketing partnerships.
Responsibilities include online event creation and registration processing, on-site event registration desk management, event communications, assisting with partner relationship management, event logistics, event billing and other administrative tasks.
Qualified individuals must be detail-orientated and have a strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Strong written communication and project management skills are required. We require a minimum of 2 years’ experience in administration, marketing, or events. Applicant must be proficient in MS Office and email software. Experience with a membership organization, Quick Books, Commercial Cards and web content management systems is a plus.
