Doherty Top Talent is currently partnering with a busy company located in St. Cloud, MN. We are seeking an Office Assistant. Schedule for this positon is Monday-Friday 8:00-5:00. Compensation varies depending on experience between $13-$15/per hour. Office Assistant Responsibilities:
• Operate a multi-line phone while providing exceptional customer service
• Perform accurate data entry
• Assist customers with scheduling appointments
• Basic bookkeeping tasks
• Provide office support; filing, faxing, emailing, and scanning Office Assistant Requirements/Qualifications:
• 2 years' minimum experience with phone or in person customer service
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
