Doherty Top Talent is currently partnering with an established company located in Becker, MN. We are seeking a Customer Service Representative. This role offers a flexible schedule which consists of day, early evening, and weekend work. Compensation starts at $11/per hour. This client prides themselves on promotion from within.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
· Provide outstanding customer service to customers
· Follow company policies and procedures
· Schedule Service Techs
· Ability to multi-task a number of priorities daily
· Keep in communication with customers with continuous updates on the status of their service orders by phone and email.
Customer Service Representative Requirements/Qualifications:
- Ability to process information quickly and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills over the phone and via email.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Analytical and problem solving skills. Strong computer skills and typing skills.
