Our recent success has created a need for an additional Recruiting Coordinator. This role will provide administrative and recruitment support for the recruiting team. Duties:
  • Provide support to the Recruiting team's full cycle recruiting efforts
  • Provide support to Program Manager in an effort to manage one of our largest contingent workforce programs
  • Contribute to a team by creating and posting job postings internally and externally to attract top talent
  • Support our payroll department with our contingent labor's weekly payroll
  • Complete multiple reports that track onboarding compliance, attendance and retention
  • Complete client specific onboarding forms for new contingent talent
  • Manage client specific job requisitions and work orders in the VMS and ATS
  • Create and send client specific reports that track overall performance
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including internet sourcing, job board postings, niche sites, social media
  • Coordinate and administer full life cycle recruiting, including but not limited to sourcing, screening, qualifying, interviewing and on boarding
  • Support the main front desk by covering for breaks and vacations
  • Various administrative supporting tasks as needed

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in a professional environment
  • Microsoft Office knowledge: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Attention to detail and the ablity to produce with a high degree of accuracy
  • A strong desire to create solutions to problems
  • A relentless work ethic
  • Ability to grasp new software platforms quickly
  • Ability to communicate professionally, both written and verbally
  • Degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or similar preferred
