Monitoring Center Operator
Industry leading Client Monitoring company is seeking FT & PTstaff in our call center.
First contact for client calls in a fast paced, detail oriented environment. Duties include:
- Monitor client activities received from multiple offender tracking programs and report violations based on each agencies designated protocols.
- Take inbound calls from clients regarding schedules and various questions.
- Make outbound calls to clients regarding thier monitoring
- Make outbound calls to agencies representatives regarding violations or other client related questions/information
Great entry level position for those pursuing a future in Criminal Justice. Many of our previous employees have completed their degrees while working for us, then gone on to positions with Local, State, and Federal agencies in their desired fields.
Candidates will need to have excellent multi-tasking, interpersonal, communication, and phone skills, a positive demeanor and the ability to thrive in a high-volume atmosphere.
