Association management company is seeking an Administrative Manager to perform various administrative functions including membership processing, database management, and general accounting responsibilities.
Responsibilities include membership database management, membership application and fee processing, addressing phone inquiries, responding to member email inquiries, accounts payable, accounts receivable, financial processing within QuickBooks, and other administrative tasks.
Qualified individuals must be detailed orientated and have the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Strong written communication and customer service skills are required. A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in administration management is required. Applicants must be proficient in MS Office applications and QuickBooks. Experience with a membership organization and web based membership management systems are a plus.
