Humera is looking for an Administrative Assistant for the HR Department for our client, a large healthcare provider in Downtown Minneapolis.
This position is a 3 month contract opportunity.


Duties:
  • Provides administrative support to Labor Relations including answering phones, managing calendar
  • Takes minutes at meetings to include off-site meetings
  • Prepare reports for labor meetings utilizing PeopleSoft and electronic sources of information
  • Develops spreadsheets and electronic tracking of data for labor relations
  • Responds to labor relation inquiries made through phone, e-mail, fax and mail
  • Provides administrative support to a department and leadership, including arranging meetings, transcribing and developing documents
  • Performs other duties as assigned
