Doherty Top Talent is partnering with a leader in the property management industry located in Bloomington, MN. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to work regular business hours Monday through Friday for this rewarding direct hire opportunity. Compensation starts at $16 per hour.
Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: · Administrative Assistant to 8 - 12 Regional Directors and Association Managers (responsibilities may vary depending on manager's needs) · Correspondence via letters, emails, and phone blasts · Distribution of financial statements · Upkeep of websites - community and public (if applicable) · Plan and prepare for annual meetings, monthly board meetings, and special meetings; attend if requested · Create, update and maintain reports · Assist with FHA/VA approval and renewal process · Opening and distributing mail; running postage meter · Updating and uploading documents · Transitioning of property files · Assist with modification applications and requests · Answering phones and routing calls accordingly · Special projects as assigned (directories, copies, proofreading, etc.) Administrative Assistant Requirements: · High school diploma or equivalent required · Minimum of 4 years of administrative experience required · Associate's degree or higher preferred · Proficient in written communication · Strong proofreading skills · Background in customer service, property management, and/or real estate preferred Contact To apply for the Administrative Assistant position, please click Apply Now and complete our online application.
