Humera is looking for a Benefits Administrator for our client in Bloomington, MN. This company is a leading worldwide provider of filtration systems and replacement parts.
This 10-12 week contract assignment is anticipated to begin June 26th.

The Benefits Administrator will ensure accurate enrollment and administration for group benefit plans, and handles changes to benefit plans, participates in the open enrollment and new hire process, and fields benefit questions regarding issues and inquires for various benefit plans.


Duties:
  • Manage daily inquiries regarding the processing of group benefit plan enrollments and qualifying events
  • Research and resolve employee benefit issues and questions
  • Develop and maintain good relationships with employees, insurance carriers, and brokers
  • Present the benefits material for new hire orientation
  • Ensure all benefit elections/deductions are entered accurately and timely in the Payroll system
  • Process benefit claim forms

Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of benefits experience.
  • Familiar with benefits administration for various group plans: medical, dental, vision, short- and long- term disability, life insurance, flexible spending accounts/Section 125, health savings account, etc
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and HRIS/payroll systems
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • Highly ethical and can maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to organize and prioritize workload, ensuring deadlines are met
  • High level of detail, and customer service oriented
  • Effective research and resolution abilities
  • Proficient data entry and word processing skills
  • Bachelors/Associates degree desired
