Accountable for supporting strategic Energy and Sustainability project and program activities.  Supports the planning, execution, expense and capital budgeting for Energy Programs.  Performs analysis on expenses and financial results in order to manage associated budget(s) within financial guidelines.   • Project Management:  Responsible for effectively supporting the planning and execution of Energy and Sustainability projects.  Develops tools, measurements, processes and procedures to track results against program deliverables.  Works with internal and external business partners to move projects forward that deliver against business needs and the reduction in Energy usage and expense.  Uses data and experience to uncover issues, complete root cause analysis, and resolve issues.
  • Vendor Management:  Develops, delivers, or supports vendor management routines.  Implements tools and reporting to effectively monitor and measure vendor performance and level of service. 
  • Budget/Financial Responsibility and Expense Management:  Work with Lead Program Owner to drive and support expense and capital optimization, which may include expense tracking, analysis and forecasting. 
  • Communication/Cross Functional Role:  Maintains, supports, and communicates strategies through various meetings and platforms, including project plans.  Comfortable partnering and communicating with Lead Program Owners, Stores organization, Property Management Field Team, and Vendor partners relative to program/project initiatives.  Supports testing, evaluation and providing feedback on new products, materials and/or equipment as related to Energy projects.  Aware of Energy Industry trends.
  • Bachelors Degree, BA/BS
  • Minimum 2 years business experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to manage project tasks, set timelines and meet deadlines
  • Practical approach to problem solving
  • Strong analytical, reasoning, organizational skills
  • Strong verbal, presentation and written communication skills
  • Understanding of financial impacts upon budgets
  • Effectiveness developing strong relationships with inter-company teams and external partners
