Be visible and welcome each guest in your own authentic way as soon as they approach your service area. Have a wide knowledge about the business and the products we carry in order to help guest solve problems. Ensure the guest remains the top priority while balancing tasks and routines. Engage guests in conversation while completing transactions and suggesting possible complementary products and services. Create an inviting area with no clutter on the counter or in the space.
