  • Acquire and utilize data, listen and learn about opportunities from business, identify gaps and derive insights to build business recommendations
  • Think strategically to solve business challenges and makes data driven decisions 
  • Work and collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners for the advancement of the product
  • Maintain a clear understanding of product backlog, overall Program strategy, and vision of the initiative and problems to solve as you develop the solution
  • Inspire others to achieve challenging goals and high standards of performance
  • Foster a sense of urgency to achieve goals and leverage resources to overcome unexpected obstacles
  • Communicate findings, recommendations and change progress to senior level stakeholders and partner teams
  • Display strong proficiency and curiosity of Property Management systems and applications; this includes, but is not limited to building automation system controls, equipment maintenance plans, and energy management
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2-6 years' experience in related field or relevant experience
  • Computer literacy
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines to meet goals
  • Effective conflict resolution skills
  • Overnight travel as required
