To better leverage and monetize these capabilities we've created a new position that will connect our Marketing Partners, within and beyond Target, to Ad Products and Platforms.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThis role will lead strategic, content and emerging products and capabilities that create increased Guest participation across Target Guest Access' suite of products and platforms. TGA Channel Lead of external content and emerging digital experiences Responsible for managing a portfolio of content and emerging products that drive innovative solutions across external digital media partnersLeverage marketing technology (DSPs, location tools, data, audiences, etc.) to deliver business results (traffic & sales).Deliver data-driven, results-oriented media products & strategies that satisfy enterprise marketing goalsLead the planning, execution and optimization of digital media campaigns working through agencies and third partiesDrive marketing goals (traffic and sales) ensuring consistent messaging of the guest experience utilizing assets from across the enterprise Develop and build relationships with key partners : External agency, media and technology partners, Target business, marketing, platform and channel ownersEstablish best practices for content and emerging productsAdvance effectiveness and drive insights; includes planning, prioritization, measurement, structure and analysis of the productsMonitor industry trends and advancements and apply them to the suite of offeringsCommunicate, educate, and evangelize suite of products across the enterpriseREQUIREMENTS4-year college degree or equivalent work experience6-10+ years of digital media planning/buying experienceDigital media planning and analytics experience with an emphasis on programmatic management including bid optimizationExperience writing or working with teams to produce digital content and strategies for social media and e-commerce channels Working knowledge of content management systems, content marketing programsExperience managing a P&L driven marketing/media budgetAbility to analyze complex data and market research to develop actionable plans and insightsTrack record of thinking strategically, delivering results and managing operationsStrong collaboration skills with both internal and external partnersComfortable engaging with Agile product development teamsAbility to solve problems creatively and effectivelyExperience developing and executing content and media testingAbility to collaborate and navigate the organization effectivelyStrong analytical skills and data acumenData visualization and articulationExceptional communication Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word/Excel/PowerPoint/OutlookREPORTING/WORKING RELATIONSHIPSMember of the Digital Marketing and Media Team (Marketing Pyramid)Reports to: Sr. Manager, Digital AdvertisingKey external constituents may include: Agencies (ex: Merkle and Razorfish), platform based media companies (ex: MediaMath, Google, etc.), External Media Publishers, Data partners (ex: Acxiom, LiveRamp, etc.), and Creative partners (ex: Google, Sizmek) Key internal constituents include: Target Media Network, Target Guest Access Product and Reporting owners, Target Brand and Category Marketers, Target Media Strategy, and Target Creative
