The keys to the success of this position are partnering with and coaching teams to ensure they have a thorough understanding of the backlog, ensuring that Agile (Scrum) values are followed to improve team effectiveness, and most importantly, deliver value.  You will have opportunities to work on challenging projects and build highly scalable processes and services.Use your skills, experience and talents to be a part of groundbreaking thinking and visionary goals.
  • Develop and improve security solutions or processes for Security Architecture program
  • Ensure use of Agile (scrum) values in Information Security
  • Lead discussions with engineers and partners to ensure development meets business needs
  • Work closely with Communities of Practice to ensure Product teams have the right tools and knowledge to build secure products
  • Coordinate and facilitate Product Chartering, story mapping, sprint/release planning meetings, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives and demos
  • Drive high throughput of the scrum team by identifying, preventing and eliminating potential issues and roadblocks across partner teams and products
  • Follow industry standard agile software design methodology for development and technical documentation
  • Research related products and make necessary recommendations
  • Foster a Security Community across the technology portfolio
  • Innovate constantly and maintain the technical edge
Requirements
  • 5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master (or equivalent experience) working in an Agile environment managing product initiatives demonstrating effective coordination of stakeholders
  • Knowledge of continuous delivery practices
  • Must be an excellent communicator, able to gain the buy-in of the team, external stakeholders, and leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and execute on a business strategy
  • Strong conflict resolution, negotiation and leadership skills
Preferred Requirements
  • BS degree in computer science or equivalent
  • Hands on security/network engineering experience
  • Scrum Master Certification or equivalent training
  • Experience leading teams
  • Experience in managing individuals
  • Experience with SharePoint or other Collaboration/Content Management technology
  • Working knowledge of Agile tools (e.g. JIRA)
  • Work experience in a product environment
