Receptionist/Scheduler, OB/GYN Clinic
Clinic Sofia is an established OB/GYN practice seeking an experienced full-time Receptionist/Scheduler for our Edina location. The front desk receptionist will be primarily responsible for greeting and checking-in patients, registration, scheduling appointments, insurance eligibility checking and answering incoming phone calls. The ideal candidate is friendly, compassionate, detail oriented, multi-tasks well, and has excellent written and oral communication skills.
Requirements of this position: Minimum: high school diploma and 1-2 years of customer service experience. Preferred: Some college or college graduate, experience in a health care setting, 2+ years of front desk experience.
