Manager of Operations and Administration

Doherty Top Talent is partnering with a leader in the property management industry located in Bloomington, MN. We are seeking a Manager of Operations and Administration to work regular business hours Monday through Friday for this rewarding direct hire opportunity. Compensation starts at $60,000 annually.

Summary The Manager of Operations and Administration is responsible for the management of corporate back-office administrative operations including Property Administrative Assistant teams, Reception, Transitions and Events Coordination, Management Agreements, HOA web portal, and Disclosures.

Manager of Operations and Administration Responsibilities: · Oversee Administrative Assistant teams, Property Coordinators to provide direction on daily tasks and responsibilities, onboarding, scheduling, and job assignments. · Work closely with Vice Presidents and Regional Directors to assess success and areas for improvement with teams and individuals. · Develop, implement, and oversee processes and procedures to improve operational efficiency · Develop and educate on standard operating procedures and measure success through review and feedback · Working directly with third party vendors · Oversee and support administrative functions including agreements, web portals, events, disclosures. · Participate in regular leadership meeting and work with members of the senior leadership team to improve and refine processes. · Manage daily, weekly, month and as-needed office maintenance issues and concerns. · Work as a liaison to our IT vendor and corporate IT support to maintain a safe and secure work environment with fob system. · Manage and distribute office directories, assist with corporate meetings and parties, office records, and any other systems or processes for the successful management of the office and the administrative functions of the business. · Assist with onboarding of new corporate associates, including providing tools and resources to assist with job performance. Manager of Operations and Administration Requirements: · At least 5 years' previous supervisory experience in administration and/or operations · High school diploma or GED required · Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business field or property management and/or at least 4 years of transferrable work experience preferred · Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Word and PowerPoint strongly preferred Contact To apply for the Manager of Operations and Administration position, please click Apply Now and complete our online application.
