Humera is seeking a Customer Service Service Associate for our client in Little Canada, MN. This is an initial 3 month position, with the potential to be hired on.

The primary duties will include monitoring a shared customer service mailbox in MS Outlook and responding to the email requests and or entering same data into a SAP based system. We need someone with great attention to detail, accuracy over speed of entry is the focus.
Customer service skills are skill important, although this role will not involve any direct phone skills or customer service support. An ability to navigate through different PC based systems is required.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Monitor customer service email inbox
  • Enter date into SAP System
  • Reply to emails to confirm, and or verify information
  • Other general administrative support as needed

General Qualifications
  • Minimum one year of data entry and administrative support experience or equivalent.
  • Should be familiar with a wide variety of business systems applications; Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel) and general office technology
  • Must be able to maintain regular attendance
  • Must also be very detail oriented
  • Strong prioritization skills and a sense of urgency within a business setting
  • Able to work independently and also as part of a team
  • Strong interpersonal, communication
  • Ability to interact cross-functionally internally in a professional manner
