Position Summary:

The Department of Biology at the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University is seeking to fill one or more part-time adjunct positions during the 2017-18 academic year. The position entails teaching 2 laboratory sections Human Anatomy and Physiology I in the fall, and up to 4 sections of Anatomy and Physiology II in the spring.  These upper-division labs involve dissection exercises, study of human models, inquiry-based investigations of organ system physiology, and a group independent research project. The successful candidate must hold at least a master's degree.

Saint John's University, a liberal arts college for men, and the College of Saint Benedict, a liberal arts college for women, are located four miles apart in Central Minnesota just outside St. Cloud and 70 miles from Minneapolis. Both are Catholic colleges in the Benedictine tradition, which emphasize quality teaching and a commitment to intercultural learning. Together, the College of Saint Benedict and Saint John's University offer a common undergraduate curriculum, identical degree requirements, and a single academic calendar.
