Food Service Team Leader
Teach, develop and train the team to deliver on freshness, store process, product knowledge and accurate inventory levels to drive sales. Support a food culture by ensuring the team is focused on store process, production routines and cleanliness and food safety processes to provide a great experience. Model and drive a sales and service culture to deliver an exceptional food experience and drive business growth Support the execution of process, brand standards and compliance requirements in licensed businesses and with vendors. High school degree or equivalent Must be at least 18 years of age or older Demonstrated ability of basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Intranet systems, CCTV systems, etc.) Ability to continuously move around all areas of the store on a daily basis, as well as ability to lift 40 lbs.
