Outbound Customer Service Representative - Northwest Suburbs!

Staffing Partners is looking for an Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in the Northwest Suburbs! We are looking for candidates who have a great customer service attitude and experience working with customers over the phone. This is a contract to hire opportunity that comes with benefits and a Monday-Friday work schedule from 8:30am-5pm (No Weekends)! 

Responsibilities:

  • Speaking with customers and clients over the phone to answer any questions regarding their accounts.
  • Working with clients to explain the benefits of their accounts and why they should continue to utilize the service.
  • Follow up as needed to ensure accuracy of information, timely response and outstanding customer service for clients. 
  • Verifying and entering all customer interactions, contracts, and information into the company computer system to maintain accurate records.
  • Processes contracts and related documents to ensure accurate and efficient customer service for clients.
  • Provides assistance to other company departments as needed.
  • Consistently achieves standards of production, efficiency and accuracy.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent. 
    • Associates Degree preferred. 
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer service or office environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
