Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: · Answer incoming calls professionally, in a timely manner, and efficiently · Perform accurate data entry of call information · Become proficient in proprietary software · Ability to process basic reports and process orders
Customer Service Representative Requirements/Qualifications: · Excellent data entry and 10 key skills required · Positive attitude willing to cross-train and assist · Excellent communication skills via phone and email · Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills
