PRIMARY FUNCTION

Provides foundational business support for key cross-division activities, while enabling key organization capabilities and expertise.


PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1.General Business Support

·Facilitate, plan and organize Owned Brand Vendor Day scheduling, invitations, logistics and communication

·Provides specific PO maintenance support for Owned Brand TSS Vendors, on an as needed basis

·Maintains, updates and communicates Vendor/Business Contact information

·Periodically perform data review and reconciliation

·Field questions from TSS team, merchants, and vendors

2.Vendor Setup / Maintenance / Onboarding

·Perform all set up and maintenance of all  Owned Brand TSS Vendors

·Support Vendor Onboarding activities & communication

·Provides input to Matrix Management capability development, specifically Vendor Lifecycle

3.TSS Capability Development & Foundations Support

·Provide planning and execution support to TSS Operations teams: project planning, communications, Owned Brand development, etc.

·Take on special projects and advanced responsibilities, as required

4.Personal & Team Development

·Identify and participate in training and development opportunities designed to improve professional skills and personal growth including Captainships and department assignments.

·Provide training and mentoring to new Sourcing Specialists

·Create import process improvements and efficiencies for department and division

·Promote consistency among the TSS and Merchandising divisions


REPORTING/WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:  Reports to Sr TSS Product Manager

Internal and External Partnerships

·TSS HQ Team (Sourcing Director/Sourcing Manager, Operations Director/Project Manager)

·Buying/MP Teams, Merchandise Specialists

·Global TSS Offices

·Vendors


JOB REQUIREMENTS

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

·College degree or equivalent work experience

·Excellent organizational and prioritizing skills

·Ability to multi-task

·High sense of urgency/initiative

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·Strong problem-solving skills

·Strong attention to detail

·Strong interpersonal skills

·Microsoft Office proficiency
