Lead producer for highly coordinated influencer marketing campaigns from casting to execution. Focusing on the development of content calendars, trafficking social creative content and product, influencer coordination and managing timelines while providing oversight and accountability for all deliverables.


•Serve as Synergist connecting all Marketing partners, Creative Agencies, Public Relations etc. to the Influencer Marketing work and team.

•Mange timelines, content calendars and influencer cast creative content.

•Strategically build campaign influencer content roll-out documents and information for internal approval (in partnership with agency or separately with influencer directly).

•Schedule content review meetings, casting meetings and recap meeting check-points ensuring all key partners are in attendance.

•Manage casting vetting process with partners internally and externally.

•Build and manage influencer marketing best practice process toolkit.

•Provide project management & logistics layer cross-functionally when an influencer is involved.

•Serve as liaison to paid media team to ensure assets are executed properly on paid media channels.

•Manage budget and promo maintenance.

Key Qualities Needed in Role:

•Must work cross-functionally to connect all teams to ensure all influencer needs are represented in programs and deadlines are met.

•Must have insight and experience managing budgets.

•Has the ability to work independently, multitask under pressure, manage a varied, high-volume workload efficiently and smoothly.

•Has the ability to independently exercise sound judgment to make sound decisions.

•Ensures prompt communication throughout campaigns to influencers and internal partners.

•Needs to be able to find quick answers on product availability with insight into set dates and mark down dates.

•Needs to be able to coordinate shipping product out quickly for influencers to get in time to shoot content.

•Needs to be able to juggle many emails at once, with attention to detail so as to not miss changes, or revisions to the plan.

•Needs to be able to respond quickly and be flexible as things shift.

•Works closely with influencers, agents, casting agencies, scouts, marketing agencies and Target so much have strong written and verbal communication skills.


•4-6 years of Marketing experience (social media, influencer marketing, public relations).

•BA or BS in Marketing or Communications.

•Must have proven project management and producing experience.

•Acute understanding of and passion for social media and influencer marketing.

•Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.

•Effective working independently with the ability to work in a fast pace, deadline driven environment.

•Ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously with strong organization skills.
