Administrative Support Specialist - St. Louis Park, MN
Are you a People Person with a knack for bringing solutions to the table and solving problems? We are looking for a Direct Hire Administrative Support candidate for a position that will incorporate tons of contact with internal employees (all levels from the CEO on out), external vendors as well as VIP visitors. This role will involve working toward solutions regarding planning events, assessing current programs and how they currently (and how they will in the future) match up to employee and family needs, as well as managing this process which involves fairly heavy detail work and communication(s) skills.
This position will pay $45-50,000 +\- depending on skills and qualifications. Incoming candidate to the role will be required to successfully pass a 7 year criminal background check before beginning employment. M-F; 7:30-4pm.
Requirements: MINIMUM of 1-2 years of recent administrative experience which has to include working with others in a professional setting. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent professionalism in appearance and with communication skills (verbal and written). Positive attitude with a willingness to get the job done and to go help others when your duties are done.
