JOIN US AS A SOCIAL GUEST ENGAGEMENT PARTNER Similar Industry Titles and Key Words: Social Media Community ManagerBe responsible for core Guest Engagement functionalities, including channel moderation, reactive and proactive engagement, social publishing, tool and technology optimization, and implementing industry best practices and processes. Contribute to the strategy development of Target's owned social channels. Partner with teams throughout the company to develop and gain alignment on social strategy and tactical plans to achieve media and financial results.

Responsibilities:
  • Continually monitor guest conversation across social media channels for trends and reputational risks at the brand and campaign level
  • Research, define and develop guest-centric daily guest engagement and response strategies that drive sales, loyalty and/or equity for the brand
  • Independently identify and execute qualified 1:1 and 1:Many engagements with guests across platforms; including real-time content creation
  • Evaluate & track performance of pro-active and reactive engagement to develop and share actionable insights that evolve engagement strategies
  • Manage editorial calendar for organic content on Facebook and Instagram
  • Collaborate with media strategy, creative teams and digital marketing to develop social strategies and content at the campaign and brand level
  • Assist with day-to-day publishing of planned content for all social platforms
  • Develop and share timely, actionable insights on content performance and guest response with relevant partners
  • Assist in the development of social guidelines for all owned social channels; educate key stakeholders and hold all content creators accountable to best practices
  • Identify new and emerging opportunities to differentiate Target's social listening, monitoring and measurement practices
  • Other support functions as needed
Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • 1-2 years relevant work experience
  • Experience with community management, engaging directly with consumers
  • Experience with social media platform management tools
  • Ability to work outside of traditional business hours (occasional weekends, evenings, holidays as needed)
Desired Requirements:
  • Experience in copywriting and/or art direction
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish
