JOIN US AS A COMPLIANCE & ETHICS DIRECTOR             About This OpportunityResponsible for the design, impelementation, and management of the company's ethics program, and related processes, including the creation and maintainence of relevant policies and procedures.  Ensures enterprise ethics training achieves objectives, aligns with policy needs, and addresses evolving challenges and team member needs. Provides guidance to VP, CCE, CRCO, and other leaders on matters related to ehtical conduct.  Champions an ethical culture and helps all leaders instill the importance of ethics in everything we do.Use your skills, experience and talents to be a part of groundbreaking thinking and visionary goals.  As a Compliance & Ethics Director, you'll take the lead as you…Champion an ethical culture and work with other leaders across the company to instill the importance of ethics in everything we doDevelop a comprehensive Ethics program and the strategies necessary to implement the program across the companyEnsure the development of a comprehensive 12-month communications plan and work with communications partners to develop content and execute against communication goalsDevelop and deliver training as necessary to ensure teams and team members understand and can navigate relevant Ethics policies and procedures regardless of Level, role, or location worldwideManage the agendas, activities, and regular meetings of the Ethics & Investigations Review Board comprised of the CRCO, GC, CFO, CHRO, EVP MerchandisingPrepare updates and reports to senior management, the CEO, and the Board of Directors specific to the Ethics program, investigations, and progress against Ethical Culture goalsManage internal Ethics and Integrity sites, including content updates and resources for team members and contractorsManage key enterprise Ethics policies, including the code of conduct and conflicts of interest policiesManage the ongoing and annual solicitation processes for conflicts of interest disclosure and reporting, including review and adjudication of requests for approvals by TMs at levels up to Vice PresidentWork with VP, CCE, CRCO, and Pyramid Heads to review and adjudicate requests for approval at the SVP+ level or in situations requiring Pyramid Head approvalWork with partner teams to coordinate internal misconduct investigations and maintain relevant overall metricsLead and manage an ethics team and related project resources, including leading the activities and efforts of partner resources or matrixed teamsWork with the Hotline team to ensure the timely receipt of ethics and compliance related matters and ensure the timely assignment of matters to the appropriate functional team for inquiry, investigation, or necessary follow-upRequirements
  • BS/BA in a business related field
  • Minimum of 7-10 years directly related experience
  • Experience with internal misconduct investigations or case management
  • Excellent presentation and leadership skills
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Highly organized, ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Familiar with process improvement methodologies
  • Ability to drive results across many organizations
  • Ability to lead, drive and implement initiatives independently
  • Experience hiring, leading, developing a team
  • Ability to work with numerous partners and get result through others
Desired Requirements
  • CCEP or similar certification
  • Master's degree in a related field or JD degree
  • Employee hotline experience
  • Previous experience developing and delivering training content
