Senior Consultant Workforce Reporting & Analytics
WORKFORCE REPORTING & ANALYTICS
General Mills, Inc. has multiple full-time opportunities for a Senior Consultant, Workforce Reporting & Analytics at our facility in Minneapolis, Minnesota. This position leverages in-depth understanding of HR data, HR related business challenges, and strong analytical and presentation skills, to develop and deliver data-based solutions or alternative methods that address workforce challenges and personnel decisions across the organization. This position requires a Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. Must have three (3) years professional quantitative consulting experience in Research and Analytics, Workforce Insights, or Talent Management. Must also have three (3) years of experience with each of the following: 1. Working in corporate human resources management in a matrix environment, including experience as an HR business partner or in a Center of Excellence. 2. Human capital research, cross-sector comparison, and benchmarking metrics, which include turnover, pay-performance, productivity, and organizational effectiveness. 3. Using knowledge of survey design, data collection and validation, and data analysis to generate reports. 4. Presenting research, implications and recommendations to executive audiences using PowerPoint or other visual aids. 5. Generating reports and analysis using data manipulation, merger, management software, data visualization tools, and statistical functions in MS Excel. 6. Using advanced statistical techniques in multivariate analysis, such as linear regression, logistic regression, or decision trees. Employer will accept experience gained concurrently. Will accept experience gained before, during or after Master's program. Limited domestic travel required for one or two conferences per year.
