Join us to facilitate a best in class audience approach including strategy, data application, technology, tools, and development of a novel approach that delivers marketing success.Use your skills, experience and talents to be a part of groundbreaking thinking and visionary goals.  As part of the Audience Marketing Team, you'll take the lead as you…Responsibilities:-Manage and implement industry-leading audience strategies across digital channels, including 1st party, 2nd party and 3rd party data sources-    Own day-to-day audience consultation, segment creation, execution and QA for marketing campaigns-    Serve as audience representative and liaison to key internal stakeholders-    Stay informed of new products and audience capability requirements-    Support development of business cases for audience capability enhancements-    Develop audience/CRM best practices and train media analyst and agencies-    Update and own the process and documentation for digital segmentation, including match rate trends-    Develop and maintain Audience Scorecard-    Solid project management skills and experience as well as the ability to lead and manage multiple projects-    Track and manage progress on Audience Marketing roadmap-    Support strategic partner projects including 30/60/90 documentation and tracking -    Support new data partner assessment and SOW development -    Facilitate 3rd party data integrations and operational workflow-    Lead integration projects and timelines to onboard new data sourcesRequirements:-B.S. and/or B.A. (4 years)- 4-5 years' experience in digital and/or traditional audience segmentation-Strong understanding of segmentation and personalization in digital and/or traditional media. -Strong analytical skills and data acumen-Strong verbal and written communication skills-    Natural curiosity and problem solving skills to validate data accuracyDesired Requirements:-Understanding of data management preferred-Experience with developing and managing strategic partnerships-    Scope of work development, RFI/RFP, and contracts experience a plus -    Experience using campaign and analytical tools (e.g. SalesForce, Unica, Tableau, DOMO, Cognos) -    Experience with Agile a plus-    Knowledge of site analytics tools such as Omniture, Google Analytics a plus-    Understanding of newest technology including Hadoop, Google Cloud Platform, modeling -    SQL experience a plus
