Humera is seeking an HR Specialist to work for our client, a network of nation-wide, world-class retail and supply chain stores.
Our client is located in Hopkins, MN and encourages fresh thinking, offers an environment of inclusion and support and sets no boundaries on your achievement. This is a long term contract position.
Duties:
  • Manages personnel files
  • Ensures records are complete and accurate (paper / imaged)
  • Coordinates and / or deliver New Associate Orientation Knowledge of I-9 / FLMA
  • Researches, resolves or escalates issues related to payroll
  • Processing invoices and checks
  • Daily filing
  • Creating Rosters
  • Coordinating Events
  • Knowledge of People Soft system
  • Knowledge of Kronos
  • Experience with Excel a must
  • Basic HR knowledge

Requirements:
  • Must be detailed oriented and able to multi task
  • Must meet deadlines and able to prioritize work load
  • Must have good communication skills and problem solving skills
  • Must be able to work alone and as a Team
