We are currently seeking a Sales and Support Specialist II for our Edina Banking Center.
The Sales and Service Support Specialist II provides ongoing, specialized support to the
Leader, Wealth Advisory Services staff, WAS Business Development Officers and client.
Responsibilities include: (1) Sales support (2) Service Support (3) Develops working relationship with assigned Wealth Advisors and Business Development Officers in order to delight our current and prospective clients (4) Provides feedback on required updated processes; assist in the maintenance and creation of internal forms and procedures (5) Prepare account annual review and investment objective review forms (6) Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements include: (1) Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or equivalent work experience required (2) 3 - 5 years professional office experience (3) Previous experience with sales and sales support highly preferred with a registered investment advisor, wealth advisory office or broker/dealer (4) Extremely versed in account structure, fee structure, and investment offerings (5) Experience with Financial Planning, CRM, Trust Accounting software is strongly desired.
