PRIMARY FUNCTION

The Lead Consultant will be responsible for partnering with EDABI, TTS and key partners across HR to establish a new vision for HR reporting with a heavy focus on Workday.This team member will establish an understanding of existing reporting across HR and co-lead planning and strategy development.Will also lead the rationalization of current state inventory and testing and training on reporting for HR.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

·Develop an understanding of Workday reporting and co-lead the planning, design and implementation

·Leverage the EDABI vision and HR Strategy to evolve our reporting strategy and support HR leadership to evolve our approach.Maintain reporting best practice vision (benchmarking best practice); ensure alignment of reporting best practice with product vision

·Serve as reporting lead for Workday implementation and establish gap analysis between current reporting and future state best practice

·Develop improvement strategies incorporating Team Member capabilities, reporting changes, continuous improvement initiatives, data enhancement, and technology

·Partner with Capability Owners and POs (primary customer relationship management contacts for HR, Target, and external business partners) to consult, understand reporting requirements to ensure we deliver necessary reporting to run the business

·Document reporting inventory and best practices and develop approach for training and knowledge sharing across HR

·Participate in increment planning to understand upcoming changes and their impact on reporting

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

·Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

·8+ years general business or HR experience

·2+ years experience in a reporting/analytical role

·Strong understanding of business capabilities across Target Corporation

·Effective at cross-functional collaboration

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence

DESIRED REQUIREMENTS:

·MBA

·HR experience; knowledge of core team member data and key HR processes

·Workday Reporting experience

·Product owner experience and/or experience working in an agile environment
