PRIMARY FUNCTION
The lead business partner is responsible for creating, executing, and refining upcoming store fulfillment strategies.  The role will work closely with supply chain, properties, technology, stores and other partners to develop process and space strategies.  As the new strategies evolve, the role is also accountable to future iterations to enhance the overall process and implement into additional locations.  PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Project management and execution of new store fulfillment strategies
    • Collaborate with supply chain, properties, human resources, technology, merchandise planning, finance and stores partners on identifying key dependencies, deliverables, and milestones.
    • Monitor and track process across various work streams.
    • Clearly defines scope, methodology/action plan, timelines and stakeholders
    • Collaborate with core business owners on specific process impacts to areas they support to create alignment or develop future processes.
    • Make recommendations, develops plans, and implements changes to process and space strategies.
    • Surface, monitor, and help drive mitigation plans on roadblocks, high-level risks and assumptions.
    • Manage funding requests in partnership with finance and properties
  • Apply knowledge from large scale fulfillment capabilities into a store environment, accounting for space constraints and guest traffic.
  • Creation of store process and backroom space design plans
  • Works with technology partners and product owners on clearly defining solution requirements
  • Execute strategies into selected stores, capture feedback and learnings, and continue to iterate and rollout strategies to additional locations
  • Communicates progress, milestones, challenges against plan, and escalation of issues to a wide group of stakeholders including direct leadership and project team owners
    • Create measurement plans to identify success of implemented strategies.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelors Degree
  • Fulfillment related experience
  • 8-10 Years of experience
