As a Financial Analyst supporting Financial & Retail Services (FRS), you'll be responsible for planning, monitoring and reporting FRS expenses. Serves as financial liaison for Finance and FRS operational areas for monthly actual and forecast and annual budget processes.

·Develop annual expense budgets for specific areas within FRS.Review budgets to ensure accuracy and completeness.

·Develop and review monthly expense forecasts in partnership with operational areas.Research and explain variances to forecast, goal, and last year.

·Create and manage financial models supporting operating expense forecasts and other department reporting.

·Facilitate forecast and plan submission processes within SAP, ensuring the overall integrity of data submitted within SAP.

·Analyze expense trends, research issues, and respond to questions from Finance and operational areas.Ensure the impacts of new initiatives are properly reflected in expense forecasts and budgets.

·Create and publish monthly operating expense performance reporting, including trend and variance analysis reporting.

·Perform ad hoc reporting and analysis as needed.

Requirements

·4-year college degree in Finance or related area

·Demonstrated analytical/problem solving skills

·Demonstrated planning and organizational skills

·Attention to detail and accuracy

·Broad technical skills including experience with spreadsheet and database applications (MS Excel/Access).

·Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong partnerships with all levels of management

·High level of initiative and ability to work independently
