Administrative & Operations Coordinator

Office Support 
• Order lunches for meetings
• Reserve conference rooms (within suite and within office park)
• Maintain cleanliness/appearance of conference room and kitchen
• Work with visitors (implement a check-in/check-out process for network equipment)
• Submission on expense reports for Senior office leadership
• Support travel arrangements for customer travel and senior leadership
• Maintain office phone lists and org charts update with changes as needed
• Work with Headquarters team regarding any IT related office issues
• Replenish office / kitchen / Shipping  supplies
• Pay office related invoices 
• Work with Building Management/Janitorial for any special requests or maintenance issues
• Assist with shipments (receive, ship, etc.)
• Pickup and distribute mail

Supply Chain / Operations Support
• Pull Weekly Shipping performance; Identify late PO’s/SKU/QTY and highlight; Provide feedback to Headquarters for support; Maintain bi-weekly scorecard
• Gather together On Time Right Quantity data for each business and provide a recap
• PO Management; Update PO’s on a case by case basis
• Forecasting and the management of the accessories business for IT
• Weekly calls with forecasting team for collaborative inventory and replenishment
• Managing the process of purchase orders both internal and external 
• Update internal Samsung model set up and retail systems
• Ensure pricing management is correct

Finance / Marketing Support
• Pull weekly proof of performance reports

Education & Skills
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years administrative experience in a corporate office environment
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Strong experience and usage of MS Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft, edit, and proofread presentation materials with precision
• Sharp, highly intuitive, and able to anticipate up-to-the-minute needs
• Highly collaborative and flexible to adapt to changes in schedule and procedure
• Outstanding ability to juggle competing priorities and thrive in a deadline-driven environment
• Ability to work directly with senior staff in an honest and respectful manner
• Proactive and responsive to feedback and redirection
• Good judgment and discretion with confidential information
