Customer Service/Graphic Design
Combine your graphic design and customer service skills as a Customer Service Specialist at a growing company in Kensington!
Main job duties in this role include:
-Quickly responding to prospective customer questions and information requests by telephone, email, live chat, or in person
-Providing professional graphic design guidance for customers, taking into account image quality for the intended purpose
-Providing professional image proofs
Identifying order options and alternative products for customers.
-Gathering and documenting customer order details, including payment details, customer information and delivery requirements
-Providing after sale support to customers
-Provide recommendations for continuous improvement of internal systems and procedures
Other duties may be assigned, including helping with production activities periodically. Hours are 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday. 2-year degree in Graphic Design and 2+ years experience in customer service are needed. Must have experience using Adobe Illustrator.
