1st and 2nd shift Production Worker
Pro Staff is partnering with a leading manufacturing company in the search for highly-motivated manufacturing workers to work in Inver Grove Heights. While working in this role, you will package products in a fast-paced environment and operate packaging machines while contributing to the company’s production goals.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work 12 hour shifts, lift up to 25 pounds, and work overtime as needed. This location is very accessible, with both access to the bus line and free parking! These positions have a varying schedule 2 on, 2 off; 3 on 2 off; 2 on, 3 off and the hours are 1st (5:45am–6pm) and 2nd (5:45pm–6am) shifts. This is a contract position, lasting approximately 5-8 months, but could turn into a temp-to-hire opportunity for top performers. Why do you want to work here? You will never have to work more than 3 days in a row and every other week you’ll have a 3 day weekend and receive 8 hours of overtime pay!
Pay is $11/hour for 1st shift and $12/hour for 2nd shift.
