Pro Staff is looking for an entry level sale representative for our client in Chicago. This employee will be selling textbooks to different schools and companies. Proficiency in English and Japanese is preferred but not required. Ideal candidates will have 3 years sales experience, ability to travel, deep understanding of educational issues, and ability to build relationships with vendors.  This is direct hire opportunity for candidates that are starting their career in business development and sales. 

Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduting sales for textbooks
Prepares presentations by gathering data
Conduct research and providing responses for external inquiries for information
Organize seminars, webinars, trade promotion events and business matching events 
Provide administrative support and assistance in scheduling meetings and other appointments and Making business travel arrangements for other personnel
Maintain correspondence with external contacts
Communicates with vendors and clients

Bachelor’s Degree or higher is required
3 years experience in an outside sales position is preferred
Proficient in English and Japanese language is  Preferred 
Ability to use  MS Office; especially Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
Ability to administer and work on several projects at once
Ability to research, provide accurate data/statistics and reports
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
