We are currently looking for someone with a strong background in recruiting/talent acquisition to join our growing internal team in West Allis! Our days are fast-paced and always bring new challenges! Candidates who typically succeed in this role are team-oriented, with great communication skills and an outgoing personality. 

As a Talent Manager your job responsibilities will include; screening and qualifying applicants, maintaining the office's interview schedule, interviewing and developing candidate profiles, serving as a liaison between employers and associates, and participating in job fairs and other recruiting events.

What are we looking for in candidates? 
  • 1-3 years of demonstrated recruiting and hiring experience 
  • Previous experience in a fast paced face-face customer service or sales is extremely helpful
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
