There are multiple openings available on 1st shift and these positions are long term, temporary-to-hire.  The starting pay rate is $20.00/hour and increases depending on experience.  Qualified candidates with have at least 2-3 years of quality inspection experience, experience within the medical device industry, a strong understanding of testing and measuring procedures, and a passion for providing high quality, life-saving products!

Job Duties include but are not limited to:


  • Receiving work direction from Supervisor/Lead

  • Inspecting manufactured components using approved inspection procedures

  • Using measuring tools, measuring machines and electronic instruments to perform inspections in accordance with authorized specification and quality control standards

  • Developing solutions for routine and non-routine technical problems

  • Running programs for automated inspection equipment

  • Performing component verifications using automated equipment and open setup

  • Preparing necessary documentation and ensuring paperwork compliance on all inspected items, including filing, scanning and verification of device history records

Job Requirements Include:

  • At least a high school diploma or GED, College or Technical degree a plus

  • At least 2-3 years of Quality Inspection experience within the medical device industry

  • Advanced knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)

  • Ability to read and interpret blue prints, drawings, and prints

  • Basic knowledge in the use of hand gauges, tool scopes and height stands

  • Experience measuring physical dimensions on parts

  • Experience with Vision based CMM systems

  • Ability to read and understand work instructions

  • Strong verbal communication and organizational skills

  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
