PRIMARY FUNCTIONPossesses working knowledge in the area of Procure to Pay (P2P), exhibiting functional knowledge of tools, processes and techniques to support Rate Compliant Spend.  Utilizes existing systems and business processes across the functional area to execute work in a timely fashion.  Monitors and utilizes feedback systems to inform suppliers and internal partners of adherence to and deviations from documented expectations.  Recommends ideas and plans for continuous improvement with internal partner and supplier input.  Supports Sourcing and Procurement on contractual structures of pricing agreements to ensure ability to systematically control pricing/rates.PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provides processing support to members of the Indirect Sourcing & Procurement Center of Excellence (COE)
    • Pull Contract Templates, Electronic contract execution, Uploads contracts to SAP, Provides general system education, Performs Vendor pre-qualification, Assists with Enterprise NDA requests, Contract inquiries & Vendor setup
    • Efficiently and effectively completes daily transactional tasks, leveraging time management skills to ensure success
    • Communicates deviations from standard work to team and leader
    • Participates in creating processes to complete non-standard work
    • Communicates primarily within immediate team and the COE 
    • Leverages leaders to determine prioritization of responsibilities
  • Builds new catalogs in SAP & Ariba
  • Plays active role in maintaining Ariba catalogs
  • Provides Amendment support for catalogs
  • Facilitates Amendment and catalog set up/changes between Vendors, SSLs, & Clients
  • Takes on independent projects to support catalog growth and drive rate compliant spend
  • Participates in project teams to ensure contracted pricing is captured appropriately to facilitate catalog set up and ordering
  • Communicates effectively with CFT, vendors and COE leadership
  • Reprioritizes work with limited direction
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

4-year college degree and/or equivalent experience0-4 years of relevant experienceStrong written & verbal communication skillsExperience in public speaking and presenting                                           Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and working in enterprise software applications/systems (ex. SAP/Ariba)                                                Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule around sourcing events and support contracting demandsDESIRED REQUIREMENTS:SAP/Ariba ExperienceElectronic Signature experiencePrior experience and/or familiarity with Contracting Mechanics
