A local supply company is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team! Qualified candidates will process orders and billings, respond to customer inquires, and build strong relationships with customers and sales representatives. Job duties would include answering incoming calls, transferring to appropriate staff, resolving issues that customers may have, providing customers with product information, entering orders, entering information into computer programs and databases, accurately maintaining file documentation, and other tasks as assigned. Candidates must have a proven track record of excellent customer service. 

This is a temporary-to-hire assignment with the pay rate of $14-$15/hr (depending on experience). 
Hours would be 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday.  

Required Skills:  

  • Customer service experience 
  • Prompt and dependable 
  • Ability to type 30wpm 
  • Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and using various software packages. 
  • Excellent phone etiquette 
  • Ability to pass a drug test and meet background requirements
